This historic monument is located east of Wat Suan Kaeo Utthayan Noi,
close to the northeast town wall. No traces of buildings can be seen on the surface here.
However, an excavation unearthed the foundations of a large brick building divided into 3 parts. The first
part was demarcated on 3 side, front, left and right by earthen ramparts. The back
side of this building was delimited by a ditch. The secound part was enclosed by
ditches on 3 sides. A large number of ceramic roofing-tile fragments were found
here. The third part was a rectangular reservoir. King Rama VI was the one who
identified and described this area as a royal palace.
