This historic earthwork is situated in front of Wat Phrom Si Na. It is an
earthen rampart about 1-2 metres high and about 9 metres wide. This dike was
built to prevent water from flowing into the Yom river, in order to flood the plains
around Wat Phrom Si Na, Wat Rahu, Wat Sa Khai Nam, Wat Sa Pathum,
Wat Phaya Dam and other abandoned temples to serve as reservoirs during the rainy season.
